There are many chat rooms or bulletin boards where you could make your wishes be known. Depending on where your post your request, congratulatory messages might come in from all over the world.
While dozens of personalized messages received will definitely lift anyone’s day, even one small message sent to your wife’s e-mail address will certainly bring a smile to her face.
