With a little pampering on a regular basis your feet can be brought back to life with ease.

The Kneipp-Kur Anti-Cellulite Ten-Minute Regimen
A balanced daily routine is the key to a sustained improvement in the appearance of the skin. Making small changes and taking a few minutes a day to exercise can equate to surprisingly big results. Kneipp offers fast and easy tips to create a huge improvement in the look of the skin and to enhance mental well-being:
1. Turn your morning shower into an active cellulite treatment regime:
• Use Kneipp Grape Seed Oil Exfoliating Body Scrub to smooth and prime the skin for treatment.
• While the skin is still warm, ideally after a shower or bath, rinse the thighs with cold water. This is refreshing for the body and mind, firms the skin and strengthens the immune system. Beginning with the right leg, run a mild jet of cold water, approximately 65°F-72°F, slowly along the back of the leg from foot to hip and back again. Repeat this along the front and then the inside of the leg and repeat with the left leg.

Skin quencher and Caring for oily skin
Skin quencher:
A thin layer of Versus Multivitamin Hydrating Face Gel will give dry skin a moisture boost without leaving behind a sticky film. Massage an extra dollop around your eyes to help soften fine lines.
Caring for oily skin:
Oily skin usually peaks at puberty but can last well into your 20′s and 30′s. There are ways to treat your oily skin that can help prevent drying it out (yes, it’s possible!) and prevent from over moisturizing. Read on and try out these easy tips to make your skin more radiant.
Use an astringent daily to remove excess oils. Don’t use an alcohol-based products — if you strip too much oil from your face, the skin will overcompensate and produce even more oil.
Cleanse at least twice a day with a mild cleanser to help prevent clogged pores . But don’t scrub hard or overwash your face.
Moisturizing is not necessary on a daily basis. However, if your face feels tight after washing, then apply a light, oil-free moisturizer . Avoid mineral oils and cocoa butter.
When choosing makeup, especially foundation and blush, buy oil-free products. Makeup that is water based and noncomedogenic won’t clog pores. (There are also oil-absorbing foundations that help keep oil off the face.)
Use a sunscreen that is not oil based, preferably a gel, as it’s less greasy. Be sure to use a minimum SPF of 15.
If you have breakouts, use a cleanser with salicylic acid to help exfoliate pores. There are also moisturizers that contain salicylic acid.
